Kathleen gave a very accurate answer. It depends most on the size of the house, there is no flat rate. What you might not realize is this question was directed at the google community. You should contact Goettl directly.
I recommend calling them directly. They would need more information regarding your system as air conditioners are very different based on model, size, and age. They might also want to verify that part you need a quote on is the key problem versus masking others or misdiagnosed.
The run capacitor change is an easy job and shouldn't cost much. Im not current what Goettle charges as mine was swappef under warranty.
