So can you bring in sandwitches if they are in plastic bags?

Sealed water bottles & food inside 1 gal ziplock bags is what I was allowed to bring inside.
No foods or drinks allowed in. That is what i remember
You can bring snacks in small bags....i had a large bag of chips but it was half eaten, and they said you are not supposed to bring in big bags.....but tben let ot go. No drinks!
Just water and food for little babies.
