It is event specific. Rise Against had a health check but Megadeth and Lamb of God didn't.
I was there the 17th and you needed to show a Covid vaccination card or a negative test result within the last 72 hours. According to other people's answers it seems it may be event specific.
Depending on the show and per tour request you need to have a negative covid test prior to coming to the show
