Was that a real question or are you just venting? Elk is delicious. I have had it many times. Dont ever order it well done, or with cheese or the other accoutrements. Great just by itself
Everyone else in my family got great food, pie was tasty, service was good, I just feel that I should have been warned that the elk burger was only there to look good on the menu but not to be ordered.
Elk has always seemed dry regardless of where I tried it. I think maybe because elk is less fatty and not due to the restaurant.
