I'm 65 and been playing Pickleball for about six to eight months. Having come from a background of competitive Racket ball and a little tennis, I've become an inconsistent intermediate player (on a good day I can impress considerably better players, but on a bad day I'm a real embarrassment. Lol. The TRC has a great mix of players. Spanning beginners to very good players. Everyone has been socially accepting of others. No snobbery. Sure, beginners want more of the opportunity to play better opponents, and I've seen them whining about it, but I've seen many people get assistance from better players there. Most, but not all, players there have a "reasonable" attitude towards helping the beginners. It indoor and very reasonable.
Start with a month of personal training to get to know the correct form for exercise. Then join the very affordable group classes. They are great#
Great place to learn the game! Suggest you take a few lessons to learn the basics. Group lessons are offered at Tumbleweed!
