They ask gentle men to remove there hat at the door. Im not sure if a cowboy hat is an exception

They actually do have a dress code, no baseball caps for sure however I would definitely call them to ask about cowboy hats. I wore my cowboy boots and dark jeans and collar shirt, which was no issue.
As far as I can tell, there is no dress code, so I don't see why not!
