Water spots from calsium and minerals in the water are not something any warranty would cover. I would wash it then DRY it before it the droplets dry on their own. Then use a good cleaner wax on it. If its a new vehicle and has paint issues that have appeared since purchase that could be a earranty item you can talk to their body shop about.
