I heard on a podcast that they have barbecue available all day. As in, they don't sell out at like 2pm. Is that correct? I'm from out of town but would be visiting on a Tuesday or Wednesday.

I have never, personally, heard of them running out before the closing time.

They are open after 2 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday.

It's a brick and mortar location these days so they do have more available, but that's not to say they won't sell out of specific items throughout the day. The ribs tend to be the most popular but they should have plenty of brisket all day!

I was there about a month ago and they were out of several meats including ribs.
