I don't think so!!
There is a shuttle that goes to Visalia. Once you get to Vidslia you can get a VCC (Visalia City Transit) to where you need to go. Just tell the bus driver where you want to go. The bus is about a dollar;, depending on if you are a senior citizen or not.
