It is open now if you haven't gotten by there yet.
They originally did have a date posted on the sign, I believe February, but that has since changed to "later this year". I haven't seen any further work being done on the site since 3 weeks ago.
Not sure, but if they intend to open a store there...... if so, there should be a sign posted there...?
