At the time I went here: they weren't open on the weekends but that doesn't matter due to it being a construction zone. I don't know how it was before but all I saw was construction this construction that. How sad.

Badly outdated, doesn't even have a Wendys or McDonalds to hang their hat on. The stores here are very bad other than Jos a Bank. Even a tourist, this is not worth the time. You will think you're walking in a building from the 1980's.

No there is not and the Shops currently has lots of construction going on as it is being renovated.

They are small stores, not large chains, in most cases.

It's across the street from Phoenicia Foods you'll find three glass doors get in the elevator and go upstairs
Street parking downtown is free after 6pm weekdays (including Friday).
