16x32 is a custom size frame at michales, they do make custom frames.
They have custom framing, in store and online, so they should be able to make the frame to your dimensions.
They have different length frame pieces. You can buy a set of 2 16", and then 2 32" pieces, and join them yourself. It's possible they don't have those lengths, but it's worth checking out.
Make sure you use their 50% off coupons for the custom framing.
