If you got a physical letter from the mva bring that and a credit card. But if you got an email notification you can just bring your credit card and your vehicle registration so they up the vin of your vehicle.
You must bring the notification letter with you and a credit/debit card to pay the fee. Most facilities have very little contact/social distancing protocols in place and you just need to get in line with your vehicle and follow the instructions of the rep on duty
