Richard was very rude as soon as I arrived. He failed to greet me back and gave the worst 3 minute interaction i’ve ever had to encounter getting my emissions test done. As soon as I asked for his name, his attitude completely changed.

I believe you do need it so they can scan it at emissions, but you can either call the MVA or go to the website and request another form. Hope this response helped you out🙌🏿🙏🏿

Well because of the pandemic mva and veip stations are closed intermittently. Maybe for deep cleaning. But they're later opened.

No, I went there a couple of weeks ago, and no appointment needed for emissions test. But if you want to go to the MVA itself (for driving Licence and etc.) you need an appointment

Went to Emsissions Test on Industrial Parkway, Silver Spring. The testing entrance was blocked. Your website does not show it as closed. Other emissions test sites, like Rockville, also are listed on website. Which ones are open?

Yea your husband can fix his wife's car but it depends whether what is wrong with your car your husband is a professional in that light, and if he's not then take it to the license mechanic
