Is this cave a safe place for children and is there a safe place for swimming for children as well? Are there bathrooms? Why does it say parking is at your own risk? Wnt to the website but couldn't find the answers or phone#

I took kids ranging in age of 8 to 11 . just take flash lights and adults . water shoes or old shoes. You do walk through some water. Parking is just pull off side of road.

I wouldn't take young children to this cave. That being said the entrance outside the cave offers a great area for a picnic!

This is not a commercially developed property. There are no amenities for the general public. I would not suggest taking small children under 5 to the cave. That's why everything is at your own risk.

There is limited parking along the bank....due to no security, that would be why it is at your own risk. There is a small area to get into without worries, however, Ithe cave gets very narrow, and I would not advise small children to venture into the cave.

Very cool and beautiful place to go. No swimming at all and no parking lot just a dirt road to park on so that is probably why it says at your own risk

Depends on how old the children are, no safe place for swimming even for adults. No bathrooms. It is a really neat place to see though.
