Next month lot rent for a single wide is: $320 Not sure on rent to own amount. But either way you have to pay $25.00 for your back ground check to be approved to be able to move here.
On rent to own i have no idea. But the lot rent is 280. But next month it will increase to 340
It's now $480.00 a month for lot rent,, plus $20.00 for trash, $5.00 to rent a water meter + the water bill. You do get free basic cable and internet included in lot rent though. You do pay your own electric and gas.
I thought it was a 40$ difference for 320$ a month which includes cable and internet.
