No Rv parking . Park is manufactured homes only.
It can let anyone in now and they are forcing the retirees out
Yes when I went to see 1 I also seen several others for sale. You can look it up online at Sunny acres mobile home park. It's on Needmore Rd. Their website should have them listed. Good luck on your search.
Im not sure what the lot fee is but you get cable and internet along with your lot fee i believe
They are rent and sale. It cost alot to rent. You have to come and pay 25.00 to get a back ground check. Lot rent is 389.00. Not sure how much they will charge for rent.
It's not senior citizens now...they are moving in with kids now.

Next month lot rent for a single wide is: $320 Not sure on rent to own amount. But either way you have to pay $25.00 for your back ground check to be approved to be able to move here.
$15.00 for a background check must be approved before being allowed to move in. Then there is a deposit of i think $350. After being approved
