I'm planning around may 20 and was wondering if the ki tickets give you admissions to both the kI amusement park and the water park or are they separate and i have to pay from them individually.

Yes at KI you get admission to both parts of the park. Water will still be freezing cold in May, so you probably won't be in Soak City very long.

Soak City will not be open until the weekend of tge 26th. But you do get access to both if both are open.
