Can I go into soak city with my ticket instead of going into the main part of the park?
Yes. It's located at the entrance/main gate and can be accessed before you enter into Soak City (next to Security & metal detector stations) along with inside. There's customer service windows on each side.
They only have one guesy services which is located by the main gate.
Guest services is a single department within the park but it applies to Soak City as well. If you mean a physical location, there is a smaller area there for that, if you have an issue.
