Never anyone at entrance if you just want to walk trails

Around 6 dollars each. But you pay inside the gift shop so of you have kids with you, you'll probably end up buying things

Discovery Garden is paid, 5$. Rest of the park is normal Hamilton county park fees. We paid for all of 2021 (it's not much) and have been to 13 of their parks this year with our pass. Great deal!
