If you're on Medicare and have supplemental coverage you probably have Silver Sneakers which is an exercise program available at the Y for no charge. If you don't have supplemental coverage you can take the notice you get from Social Security in to any Y and they will adjust their charges according to how much SS you get. Good luck.
