I love otf Anderson! The trainers are the bomb and very motivating and it makes me want to come workout. The workouts are getting harder but I’m also getting stronger. The girls at the front desk are super supportive, friendly and make you feel welcomed every time you walk thru the door. They know most people by name and where they want to start. Like treadmill, floor or rower. The members are the best. We cheer each other on when things get hard and we are always there for each other. I have met the most amazing people and we always try to workout together and text each other too. If I come to otf in a mood I usually walk out being in a better mood and feeling better. Im so happy I joined last year because everyone is wonderful here and the workouts are kick butt.

Amazing friendly and encouraging staff, clean studio, and variety in workouts. It's great to come here and see familiar faces but also have the ability to attend other studios while traveling. I've seen great results from this style workout and have made so many improvements since starting here in 2019. Love OTF!

Simply put . Orange Theory is great . Friendly atmosphere , great staff & instructors . It's a whole lot more than just lifting weights . They're whipping this old dog into shape

I've been a member here since the Anderson Township studio opened in 2018. I've completed more than 750 Orangetheory workouts, most of them at this studio. OTF is more than a workout place; it's become an essential part of my life and my daily routine. The staff and members there are part of my family. Highly recommend to people who are new to working out or who want to restart a fitness routine that will help them with accountability and results. I can also recommend to runners or participants in other programs who want a variety of cardio and weights to supplement their own training.
