We will perform some tattoos on minors age 16 and above by appointment only with a parent or legal guardian present. We will pierce many piercings on minors age 16 and above with a parent or legal guardian present. We will pierce nostrils and outer ear cartilage on minors age 14 and above with a parent or legal guardian present. The only piercing we will do under age 14 are the earlobes. You and your parent must both have state-issued picture ID. If the names and addresses on the IDs do not match, we would also need a birth certificate. If you do not have a state-issued picture ID, we can accept any picture ID with a birth certificate. Legal guardians must provide court-certified documentation of guardianship.
