What is the bare minimum required to get married? We're not planning on anymore than two guests to act as witnesses, no vows written and no rings right now to even exchange. Just planning on the license as quick a marriage as possible.

Thank you sorry I just saw this. I know you're not with the county clerks office but by chance do you know if it is issued same day or is there a wait? Could not find info online about that. Also are walk in acceptable at your office or is it better to make an appointment? Trying to get it out of the way asap but willing to make an appt if needed. Thanks!
