If the available times/dates are not what you want, please schedule the nearest one, fill your information and upload your ID and insurance cards. After that, please call the office at 513-868-9999 and let them know you want to be seen today or the next day and they will arrange for the visit.
Hello, you can schedule an appointment online at https://urgentcareoffairfield.com/ click on the blue calendar, select “in office” as the reason for visit, and then select a time slot at your convenience.
