Do you have to plan your own birthday party at scene 75 or does scene 75 do it for you when you tell them it is your birthday?. And if they do what is included for your birthday party and how much does it cost? Do you need to bring state id card?.

I would think calling them would be your best option. Things are different now w covid, so I wouldnt go off of people's past experiences.
