I ordered 12 toners and was charged $25 each for 8 of them and $31 for 4 of them - same exact toner for all 12. I told them I wanted a refund of $24 ($6 X 4) and they refused. Business must be good because I've spent $994 with them so far this year but they won't see another penny from me - all for $24.

Updated on 09-16-22: My shipping is free (spent $96) and it's quite fast. No leakers (important!) and so far the toners have been good for both b&w and color printing. This is my FINAL say, this is after 2 months usage...the toners are holding up fine, so I gave it two more stars rating relevant to an after-market supplier (recycled toners). Thanks. Got my Order 2345354 with order date of 13th of July it's quite fast, free shipping, no damages and no leakers (important!) and so far the toners I have have been good for both b&w and color printing but the verdict isn't in yet gimme 1 month.

We no longer have a return program because many of the manufacturers do not want the cartridges back. The best solution that we have found is finding a local recycle company in your area and they can take the cartridges.
