Hey Margaret, Now we could be wrong but after pulling up your name in our system the only purchases we found were from 2016 and beyond. I spoke with my customer service and the only situation that fits your purchase is that they remember talking to a customer(forgot name) over the phone about a dining set that was out of warranty. If this is your situation then yes that is correct. Everything you have purchased from us was back in 2016 and beyond. That is out of the warranty time frame that the manufacture gives us to help customers. Unfortunately we can not do much to help with items purchased that are out of warranty. If this is not your situation than please let us know what the issue is and we will be glad to look further into this matter. We would be happy to hear back from you. Again, sorry for any confusion.
I don't know yet if that's how they are. We received half of our purchase won't get the rest for a month or so. Our couch had a lil damage on it but they said that they would take care of it. To early to tell yet
