They dont often have spliters available. I would recommend calling them to see if they have some spares. They have settops and modems available. Faster to just go to bestbuy or microcenter to pick up a spliter. If you want an original spliter and have inpaired service call tech support. They will send a tech that has splitters and set tops.
I called already, and they're telling me it's likely to be the splitter and I should go pick one up otherwise they'll charge me $60 if a tech replaces it. I just need to know if this particular location provides replacements.
