Write everything down that happened just like you did above. E-mail or phone, it’s all very easy, they make it easy for you! They helped me with a problem I had with State Farm. It was great everything stopped immediately. The Better Business Bureau online has some great information. They also resolved my issue quickly. They have scam reports that have been reported to them and keep you informed. They were great!
