We have been getting invoices from US-Yellow for services we did not request and have never received. We get monthly bills for $2072.00 with an offer to settle for $1036.00 or 4 equal monthly payments of$310.80. How do we get them to stop?

Give the BBB all necessary information supporting your case, clearly this is a scam, and it's so unfair,the BBB are great mitigators,send The BBB all of the invoices and explain your case thoroughly,even if it's a lengthy statement from you, it's okay, because every detail, however big or small,shall help you prevail,over these scammers.

Write everything down that happened just like you did above. E-mail or phone, it’s all very easy, they make it easy for you! They helped me with a problem I had with State Farm. It was great everything stopped immediately. The Better Business Bureau online has some great information. They also resolved my issue quickly. They have scam reports that have been reported to them and keep you informed. They were great!
