I'm sure it varies quite a bit. We rent a nice 2 bedroom for $1155

Yea depends on the building. I lived at the one on Erie and Oak Park Ave in Oak Park and a year ago for a 1 bed/1 bath with a sunroom was about $1200/mo plus parking in the city lot on Oak Park Ave and North Blvd another $60 a month.
