Was thinking about doing a tour here but after reading the reviews and responses from the owner I’m starting to think minorities don’t get treated well by them. And the responses are very unprofessional.

Greg Martin seems to have covered the issue pretty well, but I would like to add that this company's responses to reviews were what motivated me to rent from them rather than a place that coddles aggressively stupid people with empty statements about continually striving to improve customer service. I figured that such treatment would decrease my chances of having awful neighbors, which so far seems to have been the case, as everyone has been pleasant or at least quiet. The free tenant-only movie screenings at the local theater have been a nice bonus. I've only been to a couple, but the audience at each seemed more diverse than the crowds at the movies I usually go to.

My mother has a condo at the location of 211 Elgin Avenue. She has resided there for over 30 years. Of this is a senior's location for the most part.
