It depends on the person and what kind of conditio you are in. For me it's not hard at all.
The hourly rate depends on what shift you choose and whether or not you are hired directly or through the staffing agency. I've been told that picking is the hardest of the jobs. When I worked there I was a packer, working the reduced time shift. I was getting $16/hr. Base pay was $14/hr with a $2 shift differential but I was working 3 12/hr days with 4 days off. If I could go back in time knowing what i know now, I wouldn't have left UPS for them.
If u miss the 5:30 bus u r responsible to still get there or call no matter wat. The pay rate is 12.50 per hr. If the bus makes u late u should still call n explain to someone in person wat the situation is or was to make u late u r not responsible for the city or their transportation faults or errors. I dont know n e thing about their rates either n no the hub doesnt tell u n e thing of importance all u can do is talk to someone from HR personally face 2 face to have them explain things to u better but there is not a guarantee that they r going to answer ur question without trying to blow u off first. But stay persistantpicking is not hard at all its just they expect u to pick as fast as possible no matter wat even if u have no control over the issue u r having trying to pick the item
Will from what I heard that it is very hard to keep up your percentage rate....it's rumor that it's the quickest way to quit or get fired...me personally I've never done it..
Thanks I chose to transfer because I need a full time job I'm only part time right now but I make 13.50 ..I don't know if 12.50 would be worth getting up at 3 am every morning to travel 3 hours out there and back.. what's the best position?
