You pick items to fulfill customer orders. Sometimes there's back and forth to accommodate what orders need to go out at certain times. Though, sometimes your next pick is one aisle over. It all depends on the customer need.

It depends on the person and what kind of conditio you are in. For me it's not hard at all.

Mdw4 has inbound and outbound, you can pick, pack, or stow. They deal with mostly cloth and smaller objects. Mdw2 is mainly a building that recive trailers and break down boxes into totes or build pallets of boxes, send the trailers across the states.

They give an orientation date. The day of the drug test, for me and many others I've observed, was just that... drug test, paperwork and picture taken for the badge. Orientation day marks your first day which is a paid class and tour. Training goes on for the week of employment. I hope that this helps. Good luck

Usually they send out the replies to people towards the last week of the month. Typically it opens at the beginning and the decisions are sent out at the end.

Integrity is a waste of time. Amazon right now has a backload of people they've hired but have not put though orientation, so plan on waiting months after they offer you a job before you ever set foot in the door.
