You can have a premium membership that allows you to visit any xsport or a basic one where you only have access to one (home) location. Staff is generally bad at most (especially at the state st location) and focus more on sales than fitness (or customer service, if they really want to be salespeople) so I would recommend anywhere else for your fitness needs. Cheap is what cheap gets.

There's 3 tiers of xsport. They trickle down but now up. To go to a more premium xsport you will have to pay extra for that visit
I don't know of any premium Xsport clubs so u should be able to go to any Xsport club.
