Why don't you disclose that most of your cheeses are outsourced and you simply repackage and re-brand the product with your logo. Answer the question, "Who actually makes River Rat Cheese?" I enjoy your merchandise but don't enjoy being misled.

I say we need photographic evidence of you milking the river rats or else Ty is going to make this conspiracy go viral

Ty, We do not try to mislead any of our products, we do not advertise that we make the cheese from the beginning stage. Right on our label it states we are a distributor with a private label. Our company is River Rat Cheese and we have all NYS Cheddars that we carry, age in our facilities, flavor ourselves, and sell to our local customers. We are simply a cheese company just like Sargento. Our cheese is all from NYS dairy farms and our cheese curd comes from Great Lakes Cheese in Adams, NY, also from milk in NYS. However, if you are in our store and see Swiss Cheese, Blue Cheeses, etc. those are imported cheeses. On the back of that cheese you will see the label in which they came from. We offer this information to any customer who asks, thank you for your question and enjoying our products!

When I was their it looked like they were making cheese you could watch them through the glass window in the store I don't know if they make all the cheeses they sell or buy and repackaged
