I'm pretty sure they do, if you have a account with them. There maybe a 2 day hold on some of the funds. Best way to check is to call or go there In person.
If it's government backed bond and you have an account theres no hold. Unless of course your bond cash hit a certain price point. In general you should be fine. Opps misread question. Yes you cash them. But make sure it's after it has matured or you could lose out.
