There's always a full staff. They get busy in customer service and I recommend you just keep trying.
If they dont answer keep calling.At time They probably only have 1 person to handle all that.
It is a 24/7 store. They have limited people in the evenings. During the day sometimes rget will only have 1 person on the counter to take calls , wait on customers, etc.and they get lines at the counter. You might have to ask for a manager when the message picks up.
