Why great company like AAA higher unprofessional Rude lady representing that branch and have negative impact on customer and the company reputation . they should dimiss Denis that lady and get who deal with people

I also had a bad experience at the AAA on Shaw I now take the time to drive to the office on Herdron. Much nicer people. Shame bad attitudes can really hurt a company.
