They tried to upsell me on services I knew I didn't need. I don't know if they were trying to pull a fast one on me because I'm a female or because they assumed I had money based on my attire, but either way I didn't like their customer service.

They were great and honest, they lied too me they told me it was gonna be a 2 hour wait but I only waited an hour lol good service I recommend too go there

Probably a misunderstanding I've been going there for years and they are great people.maybe they were busy and your question confused them.who knows but keep in mind it's an auto repair place it's not concierge service at the Ritz. They are exceptional at what they do there.

If you go to the company website there is a list of all their prices, but for the most part, an oil change is anywhere from 30 to 40 bucks and doing a full fluid exchange plus everything like that... you'd be pushing close to $100.
