What purpose does the 'card' serve? I understood that, like any other legal prescription, that and Louisiana ID should be all that is needed. Are the cards a scam?

I go to willow once each month. Although I can barely stand and shuffle in a strange and uncontrollable Way when I walk they always look at the patient before them with dignity and respect. When my head and hands shake too bad to count my money,they are so patient with me. I just wanted to say thank you for improving the quality of my life

It gives you the legality to smoke or use the prescribed. The doctors do get your medical history. The card is $200 a year which is a small price to pay to not be harassed. The dispensary prices are expensive, but the products are good. It's not a scam, it's necessary medication that has an inflated price currently because of limited growers in the state and limited pharmacy licences. Please please if you or anyone is going to the dispensary, call in your orders if possible, have your cash ready. Yes there are ATMs but it holds things up for other people when we have to wait for you. Be nice to the staff, they do an amazing job, are knowledgeable.
