Many anti virus softwares I have used, at least on Windows 10, require you to right click on their icon in the system tray, and there are options to turn off firewall and protection and such temporarily. If you want to totally uninstall it, at least on windows, you can find it in the apps section of your settings application and select remove. There may also be some system directory files that you may want to remove but I’m not sure if it will just take care of it for you. Somtimes removing an app will launch the app’s removing tool for you as well.
You should check the knowledge base the antivirus maker offers. Each program is different and you didn't state which AV program you have..
Right click on your antivirus. Or open antivirus and select disable. Or you can select a time for down maintenance. Like 10 minutes for disabled.
You may want to contact the store directly. This is a public forum.
