Yes everyone that is getting in the water has to pay
I believe it is $ 6.00 a person. Don't know if small children have to pay.
It's $6 or $7 dollars until late afternoon, when they usually charge 5. I'm not familiar with the no coolers rule, but I've brought in bottles of water. There is also a snack stand. And the views are phenomenal, plus there are water slides into the pool. If you're trying to decide whether to go, I highly recommend. Cell service is quite spotty up there, so be aware of that. :)
