Looking for help. I'm going through my task that were provided to me for a job. I did what was asked of me and provided my license and I got a confirmation email saying that that stuff has been completed I cannot do a background check.someone help

Or contact them through the help feature in the app. I was having issues setting up and I had to delete and redownload the app and create a new account.
