We bought our Cirrus 800 camper from Princess new in 2016 and it's been a real joy. It has been stored now for a couple of years and I read that the glycol needs to be changed. Does Princess do this while I wait? Or glycol and install device?

The service center does do glycol service on nuCamp units, but they need to get the glycol product in for the service. Give the service center a call so they can schedule the service for you and have all the needed materials on hand. Thanks!
