There are classes for all ages. I am working mom of 3 and have been taking taekwondo classes for the last 3 years. Kickboxing is for those 13 years and up, but there are classes for adults to train in taekwondo.
Its adults and kids 7 and up combined. There is Tiny Tigers for kids younger than 7. The only class for those 13 and up is kickboxing.
