Lieap applications are available the beginning of January and have to be turned in by the end of March. There's Shepherds Crossing, they are open Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon. Some of the Church's have funds to help. There's also Salvation army.
Lieap doesn't start till around Jan 23rd, and it closes last working day of March. Shepard's crossing can help you out till lieap starts 785-776-1470. I work for DCF
No sure but you could call the the office and ask them.the Leap payment was made about 2 months ago, so that's why i am not sure. Once you signed up it's twice a year
