How I can schedule an appoiment? I having calling for the las 6 days ( weeks days) and no one is available to anwers the phone!!

If you are a citizen you can make an appointment online, if you just became a citizen you or if you are a permanent resident will need to call their phone. The waiting time on the phone is about 15 minutes but they do pick up. When they answer be clear when you explain your situation so they can actually determine if you need an appointment or not.

You can go online and make your appointment. Or call earlie in the morning. Like right at 9 am when it opens.
