Yeah, a social security card is easily obtainable as long as you have sufficient identification. I don't work there, however I do have alot of experience in needing to replace my identification cards, s.s. cards etc. So no matter what state your in, as long as your within the borders of the U.S.A., then yes, you can get your social security card replaced.
