Hi Monica! In order to hold the room over the phone, you will need to pay for at least one participant for a deposit. So $28.00 down. Then the remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.
Hi Janice, It is possible for one person to complete a room on their own, however a solo booking defeats the purpose of an escape room. The idea is for friends or families to get together and work as a team to complete the room. It would also be very difficult for one person to complete on their own. If a customer truly wanted to do a room on their own however, we do allow it. To ensure a private booking the rate would be $35.00 and that would allow on person to do the entire room alone and not get paired up with another group. A private booking option is available on our website when you book.
